Our Traiteur Menu is freshly made to order therefore, we ask that your order is place at least one week before your collection date. Payment will be taken via telephone at time of booking.

    Pâté en Croûte
    Pork, chicken liver, chicken mousse, pistachio and sultanas wrapped in a thin, shortcrust pastry topped with port gel.
    £2.70 per person – minimum order for 12 people

    Half Pâté (20 cm, 12 slices)
    Full Pâté (40cm, 24 slices)

    Gravelax Salmon
    Salmon fillet cured in salt, sugar, dill, citrus, and spices.
    £4.00 per person – minimum order for 6 people

    Half Fillet (sliced, 6 people)
    Full Fillet (sliced, 12 people)

    Traditional Bourguignon Beef (to reheat at home)
    Slow-cooked, Red Poll, flat iron in a thick red wine sauce, with mushroom and bacon.
