    Local free range poached eggs served on sourdough toast with lightly spiced guacamole.

    Omelette
    French-style fluffy omelette made with local free range eggs.
    Fillings: Cheddar cheese, mushrooms or streaky bacon.

    Scrambled Eggs
    Local free range eggs scrambled served on sourdough toast with tomato and basil compote.

    Benedict Eggs
    Local free range poached eggs served on an English muffin with unsmoked, back bacon and hollandaise sauce.

    Looking to spend the night in away from home? Our dinner menu can be delivered to your room leaving you feeling wined, dined and relaxed!
    If you would feel more comfortable dining in your room, please contact a member of our staff who will be happy to help.

    Our set dinner menu is available for the following price:
    Two-courses £33.50 per person
    Three-courses £37.50 per person

    Starters

    Pâté en Croûte
    Pork, duck and duck foie gras wrapped in a thin layer of shortcrust pastry with port gel, little gem lettuce, pickled vegetables and port dressing.

    Marinated Salmon
    Cured salmon served with gin and tonic gel, confit lime zest, pickled red onion and cucumber salsa.

    Salmorejo (v)
    Chilled and lightly spiced tomato soup served with toasted focaccia, tomato gel, rainbow pepper and chorizo powder.

    Main Courses

    Suffolk Pork
    Roasted pork fillet served with artichoke, Iberico ham, pork jus scented with lemon and slowed-cooked, smoked ham hock.

    North Atlantic Cod
    Steamed cod fillet served with cauliflower and black sesame puree, romanesco cabbage, broad beans, sautéed squid topped with sesame foam.

    Handmade Gnocchi
    Potato and parmesan gnocchi with garlic gel, roasted tomato sauce, glazed baby onion, grilled baby courgette and basil crisps.

    Portion of vegetables £3.50 – Portion of potatoes £2.50

    Desserts

    Chocolate and Passion Fruit Opera
    Espresso biscuit with Guayaquil 64% Dark Chocolate, passion fruit and coffee gel and cocoa and passion fruit sorbet.

    Raspberry and Mint Entremets
    Hazelnut shortbread biscuit with raspberry and fresh mint confit. Raspberry and cold tea infused mousse with raspberry Japanese tea and Japanese tea sorbet.

    Chocolate Textures
    Extra bitter, dark chocolate cremeux served with chocolate meringue, chocolate and Sichuan pepper sauce, Jivara and Maldon salt chunks, cocoa crumble and Manjary 64% Dark Chocolate and blackberry ice cream.

    French and English Cheese Selection
    Homemade spicy chutney and jam, celery, biscuits
