From the moment you walk into The Great House your dining experience begins. Our attentive maître’ D, Antoine, will show you to your table, taking note of any dietary requirements you may have, and may also recommend you a wine/drink flight, specially selected to make the perfect match ‘accord met et vin’ and compliment the journey through your experience menu.

When choosing to dine with our Experience Menu, each dish will arrive to your table as a unique surprise. Our friendly staff will provide you with a detailed description of your delicious dish and poised for any questions you may have, whilst our Head chef, Swann, creates your culinary delight. This is the perfect choice for those looking to experience more than just a menu and to try a range of dishes they might not regularly order!

Our delicious experience menu will re-visit popular dishes exclusive to this region with a special optional wine flight from Burgundy!

    COURSE ONE
    Thin carrots confit in cardamom with spicy cod mousse, carrot cake crumb, pine nuts and carrot cream.

    COURSE TWO
    Honey and soy sauce glazed turnips served with orange and golden turnip puree, turnip and coriander garnish topped with a crunchy row turnips.

    COURSE THREE
    Roasted halibut fillet served with Romanesco broccoli, roasted Roscoff onion espuma, fish bone sauce and pickled red onion.

    COURSE FOUR
    Corn-fed chicken breast marinated in verbena served with sauted corn on the cob, glazed baby corn, verbena popcorn, corn and verbena cream and chicken and verbena sauce.

    COURSE FIVE
    Cherry tarlet with vanilla shortbread, rosemary smoked cherry, cherry and hibiscus gel and creamux with yogurt and rosemary foam.
