Le Beaujolais nouveau est arrivé

Our annual Beaujolais Nouveau celebration is back and this year we are honouring this popular date over three exclusive evenings. From Thursday 18th November through to Saturday 20th November* our five-course dinner menu will focus on flavours of the first wine of the season with the option to pair your delicious dishes to an exclusive, hand-picked bottle of wine for an additional charge.

Five-course dinner for only £61.00 per person
7:30pm – 9:30pm

Citrus Tuna with Red Wine  
Tuna tartar scented with citrus zest, mulled wine gel, sweet spiced whipped cream and crispy bread powder

Oeuf en Meurette
Bone marrow flan, duck egg poached in red wine, fresh parley and red wine sauce, garlic crouton, crispy smoked pork belly tuiles

Beef like a Bourguignon
Grilled beef fillet marinated in red wine, glazed baby onions, carrots puree made with beef juice, braised carrots, mushrooms espuma, “bourguignon” sauce, crispy bacon powder

Quince
Local quince poached at low temperature in juice and Beaujolais wine, honey and whisky sauce, “crème fraiche d’isigny “

Apple and Chocolate
Chocolate Bavarois scented with Espelette pepper, apple confit in mulled wine, apple and Espelette pepper gel, concentrated mulled wine, apple and mulled wine sorbet
