Teriyaki Beef Roll
Warm homemade brioche bun, fresh avocado purée scented with toasted sesame oil, marinated beef filet, little gem lettuce, and teriyaki sauce salad topped with flat parsley mayonnaise.
Rolls are served with hand-cut french fries.
Exotic Chilled “riz au lait”
Rice pudding scented with Madagascar vanilla,
with mango and passion fruit confit topped with mango and passion fruit sauce.
All Chocolate Tartelette
Sweet shortbread tartelette, with Jamaya 73% pure origin dark chocolate ganache, black mirror glaze topped with intense cocoa sauce.
